Non-Traditional Wedding Photography

Let’s Plan the Non-Traditional Wedding You Fucking Deserve

Break the Rules & Create Memories That Are Actually You

Hey party people! If you’re here, you’ve always known traditional weddings just aren’t your thing. Trust me when I say I get it. Your relationship doesn’t fit in a neat little box, so why should your wedding day? The best part about ditching tradition? You get to strip away all the bullshit stress of what you “should” do and focus on what actually matters – celebrating your unique love story in a way that feels authentically you. Whether that means getting married in ya combat boots, having your dog as your best man, or skipping the stuffy formal dinner for a food truck rally – I’m here to capture every sick moment.

I’ve mastered the art of documenting weddings of fellow alternative souls who created celebrations that genuinely reflect who they are. The result? Wedding albums they look back on years later and think “fuck yeah, these are ours.”

After you book

You’ll get my “Holy Shit We’re Planning a Micro Wedding” guide with all the resources I’ve collected from working with couples just like you. Think of it as your anti-checklist checklist.

Leading up to your day

I don’t disappear after you lock in with me. I’m emailing you tips, make myself available for calls, and always happy to answer any questions you might have. Planning this is your domain, but I’m here to offer input on timelines, lighting considerations, or to help you think through how certain moments might photograph.

4.

The Day of

I show up as a human first, photographer second. I’ll fix your boutonniere, help tie ties, tell you if there’s lipstick on your teeth, the shit you dont want to worry about. I am there to also remind you to take it all in, breathe and feel excited about finally getting to do the damn thing.

5.

After we get you hitched

within a few days of your wedding, I am going to send you a ton of sneak peeks of the day. This is for you to have as a quick option to get to enjoy your photos while you wait for the rest to come back. After that, within 3 months I get you the rest of your gallery, delivered in my high resolution online gallery system. You can buy prints, share the album with friends, do whatever the hell you want with em! they are all yours.

frequently asked questions

Generally speaking, getting a photographer as soon as you decide to go forward with a wedding is best practice. Weddings and Elopements tend to be done in the same seasons, so photographers get booked out pretty quickly!

When you decide to move forward, I am going to send you a contract, and a quote for you to pick and choose what it is you would like for your Elopement. You’ll pay a retainer fee (half of the total) and the rest a month out from the day.

Absolutely I can! When you get me, you’re getting access to my insight from my years of doing this professionally. You don’t have to plan for this day by yourself. I encourage and plan to be part of the planning process from start to finish.

In the contract you’ll sign, the declared turnaround time is 3 months. Due to the general timeline of weddings and where we are in the season, sometimes it can take that full 3 months. Rest assured, I am working to get them to you ASAP.

Hell yes! Second shooters really maximize your coverage. If details matter to you, and you want photos of your friends and family during cocktail hour, a second shooter is clutch. They’ll capture all those moments you’d miss while you’re busy with me doing formal portraits, and you’ll get multiple angles of the same big moments—like your first kiss from two perspectives.

For intimate, low-key celebrations? Probably not necessary. It really depends on what photos will actually matter to you years from now.
